MultiTrack can also be used for your customers or agents to create On Line Bookings that are automatically created in MultiFreight in real time, giving the user an instant Job Number which they can then see on the tracking screen.

Using workflow your operators can see the new job on the MultiFreight Control Tower and acknowledge the new job and continue working on it, all whilst updating the tracked job so the customer is kept fully up to date.
