MultiFreight was delighted to be the main sponsor of last weekends exciting Isthmian League North clash between Felixstowe & Walton United and Maldon & Tiptree FC, held at the Martello Ground, Felixstowe.
The much-anticipated fixture brought together two of the division’s top sides, with Maldon & Tiptree starting the day in first place and Felixstowe & Walton close behind in third. In front of a bumper crowd of 1,017 supporters, the Seasiders claimed a thrilling 2–1 victory, leapfrogging their rivals to go top of the table.
Representing MultiFreight on the day were James Baker and Lee Smith, who were joined by valued customers Andrew Beckinsdale (Grange Shipping), Steve Townley (ORA Customs), and Neil Edwards (RS Freight) as special guests.
Felixstowe & Walton United continues to be a thriving community hub, offering opportunities for players of all ages to play, learn, and achieve. The club’s first team competes at Step 4 in the Isthmian League North and are the current holders of the Suffolk FA Premier Cup.
