CDS Project Roll-out Plan

Over the coming weeks MultiFreight will be upgrading over 200 customers to R77 and setting up TDR.

For cloud customers we will be running scheduled evening upgrades and will be emailing customers to arrange these.

For on-premise customers the download area will be available by the end of the week. Please contact support for access and details on how to upgrade your system. If you need assistance with the upgrade, please contact the support team with a lunch time we can do the upgrade. Please note that everyone will need to be logged out of the system.

Please be aware that the upgrade gets your system ready with the new programs, it will not be ready to test straight away.

After the upgrade every customer will need the new CTC interfaces configured, a new dummy department created and TDR setup.

We will need you to register for CDS via this link https://www.gov.uk/guidance/get-access-to-the-customs-declaration-service

There is still significant development being carried out to CDS and there will be further updates over the coming months, before the final switch over in September.

Therefore, please be ready to arrange further downtime so we can get you upgraded asap.
